If such Preliminary Bid option is provided, the Preliminary Bid shall be submitted no later than 12 hours before the auction becomes an Active Auction. By submitting a Preliminary Bid, the Client assumes a binding obligation to purchase the auctioned object. A Preliminary Bid is deemed validly submitted if it is submitted in respect of the auctioned Object at the Starting Bid and its terms and conditions of purchase as well as the proposed price are equivalent with the Starting Price and terms and conditions of the auction. Thereafter the Preliminary Bid data shall be forwarded to the Seller who shall decide whether to accept or reject the bid.
